Your Role

As part of our Managed Services and Factory Service team, you will:

• Support a range of managed services across client environments
• Advise clients in production settings on IT infrastructure and system integration
• Configure and maintain control systems for production applications (Windows & networks)
• Work closely with clients and vendors to manage software deployment and system configurations for machine control systems
• Coordinate specialized software with providers and resolve any malfunctions or issues that arise

What You Bring

• Solid IT expertise from vocational training or a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or similar fields
• Hands-on experience with M365, cloud infrastructure, server-client systems, and user/permissions management
• Strong understanding of network architecture and backup/maintenance strategies
• A structured, solution-driven approach and excellent communication skills
• A valid driver’s license (minimum class B/3)
