Our client, a leading global IT service provider,is recruiting for a Senior IT Analyst to join their business in Germany.

Responsibility:

• Provide full workplace technology support in Chinese and English;
• Provide video, audio technology support;
• Maintain all the infrastructure environment, including meeting room, server room, application system, IT platform, etc.
• Inspect server room, meeting room in a daily basis;
• Monitor IT platform and network quality System, platform and network troubleshooting, tracking and detection, and assistance in testing and repairing;
• Participate in the analysis and deployment of IT platform and system Implementing IT project, including infrastructure environment upgrade, IT platform and system go-live.

Requirements:

• Completed IT-technical training or technical university degree
• 2 years + experience in the implementation and management of IT projects
• Ideally, certifications in the network environment, similar to CCNA
