For a highly regarded hospital in the Erfurt area, we are seeking to hire a Senior Specialist (m/w/d) in Emergency Medicine with a focus on surgery, starting immediately. This position offers a direct employment relationship between you and our client. Your Profile:

• You are a Senior Specialist (m/w/d) in Emergency Medicine with a surgical background.
• You hold additional qualifications in Emergency Medicine.
• A specialization in Clinical Acute and Emergency Medicine is desirable.
• You are committed and interested in working within a multidisciplinary team.
• You possess excellent social, interpersonal, and professional skills.
• You can think economically and make informed decisions.
• You are willing to mentor and guide junior colleagues in their training and development.

Your Responsibilities:

• Independent work in the central emergency department, managing a diverse range of cases.
• Participation in emergency medical services, responding to urgent situations with confidence.
• Preparing emergency patients for inpatient treatment, ensuring a smooth transition to hospital care.
• Conducting initial assessments of emergency patients and directing them to the appropriate specialty departments, ensuring timely and effective care.
