Inside Sales Representative

Location: Remote Germany.

Overview

Our client, a leading cybersecurity vendor, is expanding its presence in Germany and is looking to hire an experienced Inside Sales professional to join an ambitious, yet realistic, growth-focused team. You’ll be joining a collaborative team where your voice matters and your impact is real. They are building something exciting.

Responsibilities

  • Reach new prospects generated from various marketing sources (website, email, webinar, etc.) via outbound (cold) calls, emails, and any other means
  • Develop sales opportunities by researching & identifying potential new accounts
  • Presenting and delivering sales information to potential prospects
  • Working closely with sales team when closing sales
  • Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
  • Maintaining CRM database of prospective client information

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people
  • Good English & local German language skills both verbal and written communication (the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers)
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
  • Previous experience (at least 2 years) in outbound call centre, inside sales experience, or related sales experience in the IT industry preferred
