Inside Sales Representative
Location: Remote Germany.
Overview
Our client, a leading cybersecurity vendor, is expanding its presence in Germany and is looking to hire an experienced Inside Sales professional to join an ambitious, yet realistic, growth-focused team. You’ll be joining a collaborative team where your voice matters and your impact is real. They are building something exciting.
Responsibilities
- Reach new prospects generated from various marketing sources (website, email, webinar, etc.) via outbound (cold) calls, emails, and any other means
- Develop sales opportunities by researching & identifying potential new accounts
- Presenting and delivering sales information to potential prospects
- Working closely with sales team when closing sales
- Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
- Maintaining CRM database of prospective client information
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people
- Good English & local German language skills both verbal and written communication (the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers)
- Persuasive and goal-oriented
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
- Previous experience (at least 2 years) in outbound call centre, inside sales experience, or related sales experience in the IT industry preferred
