We are looking for a Senior SAP HCM German Payroll Consultant (Remote – EMEA) - CONTRACT ROLE
? Duration: 6–12 months (with possible extension)
? Location: Remote within EMEA
? Languages: English & German
Must-Have Skills:
- Deep expertise in SAP HCM German Payroll and local compliance
- Strong hands-on configuration experience (SAP ECC)
- Experience with weekly payroll, real-time reporting, and cross-module dependencies
- Fluent in English and German (Spanish & Portuguese are a bonus)
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills – both internal and external
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering and solution engineering efforts
- Develop and maintain technology roadmaps
- Manage relationships with Regional/Country HR teams
- Own services including local IT solutions and provider management
- Oversee project and program management, including global/regional deployments
- Handle complex issue resolution, audit management, and quality assurance
- Ensure compliance with global HR standards (HoR)
Operational Tasks:

- AMS Provider Oversight
- Authorizations & Compliance Audits
- Demand & Requirements Management
- Continuous improvement of service quality
Required Experience & Knowledge:
- 5+ years in SAP HCM German Payroll
- Strong background in project management
- Functional expertise in:

- Personnel Administration
- Solid technical understanding of SAP HCM modules
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
