Our client is searching for a dedicated and strategic-minded professional to join their industrials and Consumer team as an Associate in Frankfurt, Germany. This permanent position beckons those who are adept at navigating the complexities of mergers & acquisitions (M&A) within a fast-paced financial landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough financial modeling to evaluate potential investments
• Participate actively in all stages of transaction processes
• Collaborate with senior bankers on industrial sector deals
• Provide insightful analyses on market trends affecting the consumer goods space

Essential Skills:

• Financial Modelling: You will need advanced skills capable of crafting detailed models that predict future financial performance.
• Mergers & Acquisitions Expertise: Your experience should include 3-5 years focused primarily on executing transactions within this niche domain.#
• Sector Knowledge: A strong grasp over industrial or consumer sectors will set you apart-insight into both would be ideal.
• Analytical Prowess: Being able to dissect complex information quickly and accurately is key.

Languages: Fluency in German Language is required and any additional languages are a plus!
