What You’ll Be Doing

• Assemble and adjust mechanical and opto-mechanical systems using advanced technology
• Perform inspections and functional tests during production to ensure product quality and reliability
• Collaborate with engineering teams on troubleshooting and repair activities
• Document all production steps for full traceability of components and finished products
• Take responsibility for the quality and precision of the components you produce
• Contribute actively to the rollout of new products and processes within the team

What You Bring

• Completed vocational training in a technical field
• Relevant hands-on experience, ideally with high-precision optical and mechanical assemblies
• A reliable, methodical, and detail-oriented work approach
• A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to emerging technologies
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
