HR Intern (m/f/d) / Working student in HR (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment process: create job postings, screen applications, coordinate interviews
• Conduct onboarding and offboarding activities for new and departing employees
• Take part in exciting HR projects, including:
• Implementation of the Bob Hiring Module (our HR System)
• Introduction and communication of employee benefits
• Optimization of HR processes and digital tools
• Strengthening internal communication and employee engagement
• Maintain and update personnel files and HR databases
• Contribute to employer branding and HR marketing initiatives
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team

Your Profile

• Enrollment in a university program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• First practical experience in HR or a related area
• Strong interest in people-related topics and human resources management
• Well-developed organizational skills and a proactive working style
• High level of reliability, accuracy, and motivation to learn
• Excellent communication skills in both English and German
• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and Word

Working Hours

• Internship: Full-time (40 hours/week)
