Tasks:

• Life-cycle management activities for Clinical Data Warehouses and Statistical Computing Environments projects in the Data and Statistical Sciences Centre for Real-World Evidence and Evidence Generation - Data Engineering (DX-DSS-DEN) function
• Technical consulting for patient-level data and real-world secondary data related technology projects based on Google Cloud BigQuery, AWS (S3, Redshift), ETL (e.g. Informatica) and BI technologies
• Contribute industry knowledge to establish best practices and develop innovative technology solutions in the field of Clinical Data Engineering
• Formalize and document system related processes (Standard Operating Procedures) under the framework of GxP, GDPR and Data Governance

Qualification:

• Good understanding of the principles, concepts, processes, and standards of Clinical Research & Real-World Evidence, specifically Clinical Systems & Technologies, Clinical Data Science and Statistical/Clinical Programming
• Strong experience in management and administration of Clinical Data Warehouses and Statistical Computing Environments (e.g. SAS, R)
• Expert technical skills in Google Cloud BigQuery, AWS (S3, Redshift) and ETL (e.g. Informatica)
• Strong skills in continuous process improvement, project management, change management, and risk management
• Experience in R-Shiny/Python, EDC and other patient-level data related systems would be recommended
• Knowledge of GxP, GDPR and Computer System Validation (GAMP5)
• Excellent English language skils
