We’re working with a mission-driven company in the digital health space that’s quietly making a big impact. Their platform supports cognitive health and is trusted by millions globally — with recognition from major health providers and institutions.

They’re now scaling their backend and infrastructure capabilities and looking for an experienced Backend Developer who also brings solid DevOps know-how. It’s a great opportunity for someone who wants to work on something with real-world value, in a flexible, remote-first setup.

The role at a glance:

• Build, extend, and maintain scalable backend services
• Contribute to infrastructure operations with Docker and Kubernetes
• Help shape and evolve microservices across a growing user base
• Work closely with product and engineering to deliver stable, efficient solutions
• Use tools like PHP, MySQL, AWS/Heroku in a performance-focused environment

Who you are:

• You’ve been working as a backend dev for 3+ years
• You’re confident managing containers and deployments with Kubernetes
• You know your way around SQL and large datasets
• You’ve worked with PHP (ideally modern versions) and microframeworks
• Fluent in English and speak conversational German
• You like building reliable systems and solving real user problems
