? Your Mission
We are currently supporting a well-established industrial group in southwest Germany in their search for an experienced Interim Electrical/ MSR ((Measurement, Control, and Regulation Technology) Project Manager. This role will play a key part in managing new construction and modernization projects as part of a strategic transformation focused on sustainable, future-proof production infrastructure.
? Key Responsibilities
- Coordination and execution of projects in electrical and MSR technology, from request to acceptance stage, including autonomous site/project management
- Planning of new facilities for climate-neutral steel production (GreenSteel) within the existing infrastructure
- Preparation of technical tender documents, evaluation/comparison of incoming offers, and definition of delivery and performance scopes
- Preparation and execution of technical contract negotiations
- Planning, coordination, and monitoring of schedule, cost, and execution processes with internal departments, operators, and external partners
- Ensuring compliance with required occupational safety measures on construction sites
? Your Profile
- Successfully completed Master’s or Diploma degree in electrical power engineering or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in dimensioning, procurement, and commissioning of industrial power engineering systems, preferably in power supply for electric arc furnaces; experience in direct reduction plants is advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Independent and structured way of working
- Confident demeanor and good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Teamwork, flexibility, reliability, and willingness to undergo further training
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken; ideally also French language skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours
