As we expand our energy solutions portfolio in Europe, we are seeking a highly motivated Microgrid Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our Germany-based team.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute market entry and growth strategies for SANY’s microgrid solutions in Germany and surrounding European markets.
- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with potential customers, partners, EPCs, and government stakeholders.
- Conduct technical and commercial presentations to promote SANY’s microgrid technologies, including distributed energy, storage systems, and energy management platforms.
- Support bidding processes, including proposal preparation, pricing strategies, and contract negotiation.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments relevant to microgrids in the DACH region.
- Collaborate with internal engineering, product, and global marketing teams to ensure alignment with local market needs.
- Represent SANY at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in microgrid, renewable energy, or energy storage system sales/marketing.
- Deep understanding of microgrid technologies, business models, and market dynamics in Europe.
- Fluent in both English and German (spoken and written); Chinese is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a cross-cultural environment.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
