We are looking for a LGTM Engineer (m/f/d)

Candidates must be based within the European Union.

Start: July 2025

Duration: 12 months (option of extension)

Workload: preferred 100%, PT possible- min 3 days/week

Location: remote

• The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Grafana, Prometheus, and Kubernetes, with a strong background in observability, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Responsible for integrating data sources, creating dashboards, setting up alerting systems, and automating workflows using scripting languages.
• Familiarity with GitHub Actions, Argo CD, and Loki is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grafana

Design and implement complex dashboards for metrics and logs.

Integrate data sources such as Prometheus, Elasticsearch, and InfluxDB.

Configure alerting and notification systems.

Prometheus

Set up and manage metrics collection.

• Loki

Implement log aggregation and querying.

• Kubernetes

Manage and optimize containerized environments.

• CI/CD & Automation

Use GitHub Actions and Argo CD for continuous delivery.

Automate tasks using scripting languages (JavaScript, Java, Shell, Python, Bash).

• Incident Management

Integrate with PagerDuty for alerting and escalation.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with authentication protocols (OIDC, Okta).
• Understanding of DNS, TCP/SSL handshakes, TLS, and HTTPS.
• Experience with Terraform and Ansible.
• Familiarity with JMeter and advanced Prometheus use cases.
• Certifications in Grafana, Prometheus, or related observability tools.

Experience:

• Proven track record in observability, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale monitoring setups.
• Strong scripting and automation capabilities.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Agile and proactive mindset.
