We are currently seeking a Senior Planning Engineer/Facilities Manager with shutdown experience in the pharmaceutical sector. Must have worked with both clients and contractors. It is a hybrid position 3-5 days onsite near Siegen. It is a 12 month contract with a high likelihood of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed shutdown schedules.
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and project teams.
• Implement planning standards, templates, and progress tracking.
• Apply EVM, CPM scheduling, resource loading, and risk analysis (preferred).

Requirements:

• 10+ years in planning/scheduling, 3+ in pharma
• Fluent German (English preferred)
• Proficient in P6, MS Project (mandatory); OPC (preferred)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
