About the Role
They are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive growth across mid-market and enterprise segments. You'll work closely with our founders, product, and marketing teams to refine the go-to-market strategy and close key deals.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle: outbound prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, close
- Develop tailored outreach strategies for key verticals (SaaS, Retail, Fintech, etc.)
- Collaborate with SDRs and demand gen teams to build pipeline
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting
- Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings
Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in a high-growth environment
- Track record of exceeding quotas and closing deals > €50K ARR
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with CRMs (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Fluent English; German is a strong plus
