About the Role

They are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive growth across mid-market and enterprise segments. You'll work closely with our founders, product, and marketing teams to refine the go-to-market strategy and close key deals.


Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle: outbound prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, close
  • Develop tailored outreach strategies for key verticals (SaaS, Retail, Fintech, etc.)
  • Collaborate with SDRs and demand gen teams to build pipeline
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting
  • Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings


Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in a high-growth environment
  • Track record of exceeding quotas and closing deals > €50K ARR
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with CRMs (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Fluent English; German is a strong plus
