What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for Balcony Energy Storage products in DACH markets.
- Identify new customers, channels, and partnerships to expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, distributors, and end-users.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure customer needs are met and feedback is integrated.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to achieve and exceed sales targets.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree or above; 2+ years of experience in sales within renewable energy, energy storage or consumer electronics sectors.
- Proven ability to achieve ambitious sales targets and build customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a keen interest in clean energy innovation.
- Fluent in English and German.
