• Define and implement event tracking plans for key user actions
• Build and analyse funnel reports to identify drop-off points and optimise user journeys
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to align tracking with business goals
• Provide data-driven recommendations based on user behaviour and engagement patterns
• Working in B2C settings
