Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert-level support for SAP PS (Project Systems) module with a strong focus on CATS integration.
Work directly with business users and clients to gather and clarify requirements.
Conduct detailed analysis of business process defects and identify root causes.
Respond to user tickets by proposing effective and sustainable solutions aligned with business needs.
Collaborate with technical teams to design, test, and deploy change requests.
Support ongoing system improvements and ensure system stability in production.
Participate in functional testing, regression testing, and documentation of solutions.
Monitor and manage incidents and service requests in alignment with SLAs.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong hands-on experience with SAP PS module including WBS, networks, project budgeting, and cost tracking.
Solid knowledge of SAP CATS integration with Project Systems and HR.
Experience working on customer-facing roles with effective communication and coordination.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and troubleshoot complex business process issues.
Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Experience supporting change requests, testing cycles, and deployment coordination.
