Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

We’re seeking a visionary and hands-on Chief Financial Officer to join a growing, private equity-backed healthcare organization.

What You’ll Do

In this strategic position, you’ll work side by side with the CEO and be a core member of the senior leadership team. You'll shape the financial future of the company, taking charge of everything from financial oversight to capital strategy. Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and evolving the finance function to support scale and complexity
• Leading all aspects of financial reporting, planning, and performance tracking
• Managing liquidity, banking relationships, and financing strategies
• Guiding M&A processes, including deal execution and integration
• Ensuring strong financial governance and regulatory compliance
• Working across departments on projects spanning IT, procurement, and operations

What You Bring

We're seeking a finance leader who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and brings both structure and flexibility. You should be comfortable balancing high-level strategy with operational depth. Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience as CFO or senior finance leader in complex, healthcare multi-site companies
• A background in private equity environments or scaling businesses through growth
• Strong technical expertise in areas such as HGB, IFRS, tax, and treasury
• Demonstrated success leading complex transactions and integrations
• A hands-on, solution-oriented mindset and excellent stakeholder management skill
