We are partnering with an established pharmaceutical manufacturer in South Germany to support the hire of a Pharmaceutical Production Employee. This is a stable, hands-on role offering standard daytime hours, no shift work, and the opportunity to contribute to GMP-compliant manufacturing in a modern facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and clean pharmaceutical production equipment
• Oversee production processes in compliance with GMP guidelines
• Conduct in-process controls and maintain accurate production records
• Ensure product and process quality throughout the manufacturing cycle
• Perform basic equipment maintenance
• Support qualification and validation work

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical or food production
• Strong technical skills operating production machinery
• Independent, reliable, and detail-focused work ethic
• High level of quality awareness and familiarity with GMP standards
